As a ‘TalentTech’ company, we develop and deploy solutions for the assessment of people potential in the areas of Cognitive functioning, Abilities, Personality dynamics, Management styles, Interests, Values, Corporate culture, Business and Digital Acumen and Leadership competencies.
Using our expertise in Artificial Intelligence, we have developed a refreshing modern Leadership Framework and a virtual digital Psychologist called EVA (Evalex Virtual Assessor). Eva plays many roles throughout the assessment life-cycle; identifying patterns and trends across assessments, interpreting simulations, predicting fit and automating processes.
