Great things in store for Odyssey in 2019
After a successful 2018, when 30 000 candidates completed the Odyssey gamified assessment battery in a range of different contexts (including semi-skilled, entry level workers, learners, graduates, call centre agents and front-line administrative staff), the Odyssey Talent Management team has set its sights on enhancing the Odyssey product base even further.
Some key developments include:
- Integrating a range of new assessments onto our platform
- Launching a new customer service situational judgment test
- Revising and improving the current Odyssey gamified assessments
- Refining the Odyssey platform to better manage large graduate recruitment processes seamlessly, cost-effectively and quickly
“We are excited about the contribution we are going to make this year, not only to our clients’ ability to sift through large numbers of entry level applicants, learners and graduates, but to young South African job seekers who deserve an opportunity to demonstrate their potential to prospective employers, wherever they may reside in the country,” says Odyssey MD, Kevin Distiller.
