Evalex welcomes Dimpho Sekatane to the team
Dimpho Sekatane has joined Evalex as a junior consultant.
Dimpho holds a BA Psychology degree (cum laude), as well as an Honours degree (cum laude) and Master’s degree in industrial psychology. She is a registered industrial psychologist with the HPCSA.
“My entrance into the world of work was within the SMME space where I gained valuable insights about the gap of effectively implemented Human Capital processes which exists within organisations operating within this domain,” she explains. “Thereafter I was afforded the opportunity to work in the Human Capital division in a corporate environment where I gained insights into the various HR challenges that exist within the different levels and roles of an organisation.
“My previous role entailed extensive exposure to the talent acquisition aspect of the talent management process, and I look forward to gaining in-depth insights into the other facets of this process through my role with Evalex.”
